Demolish existing competition pool and pump house building, import 6,000 cubic yard fill to construct new 392,000 gallon/25 yard competition pool and 23,000 gallon instructional pool, as well as new masonry wall around perimeter with 12′ high fencing and a 5,000 SF pump house/lifeguard building with lockers.
