Venetian Pool Renovations (Historic Restoration)

The work of the project consist of the repair of cracks in the horizontal and vertical surfaces of the pool below the water line, replacement of sealant in the longitudinal and latitudinal expansion joints of the concrete slab pool bottom, improvements to the water circulation network and the chemical treatment system to increase chlorine levels throughout the pool, provide a portable ADA compliant access lift, repairs to the pool deck finish and installing a clear epoxy anti slip finish, restoration of the Venetian Poles, perform drainage improvements at the Loggia and all electrical and plumbing work.
