Parkland Library Expansion

Construction of a new 7,058 SF Children’s Library Wing and renovations/alterations of the existing 11,640 SF City of Parkland Library. The renovations/alterations of the existing library include removing the existing tile roof and replacing it with standing seam metal roof, painting and repairs to all interior and exterior surfaces, removing and installing all new carpet, demolition and development of new administrative offices. The MEP work includes replacement of lighting, condensing units, air handling units and modifications to the existing duct work and sprinklers.
